Hey Friends,
I received a question via private e-mail asking about how many standard push-ups would one Push-Up on the Warrior Power T's equal. Truth to tell, I don't think that there is an accurate way to compare the two. At least not for me. The Warrior Power T's bring such a totally different dimension to the Push-Up due to the stabilization of all the ancillary muscles that I don't see a valid comparison as really possible. With Warrior Power T's even the biceps and forearms are worked in a way that not even standard or rotating handles can remotely duplicate. But if you guys can think of a ratio I'm certainly open to it.
