The decline in retail sales should help Bronze Bow since they rely primarily of internet sales and gyms being part of retail will also be adversely affected which is another positive for Bronze Bow.

Gordon as in everything there are winners and loser's. The industries of the past fade away and the new replaces them; creative destruction is the term.

It seems only short sellers are finding that silver lining; some who are long in the Market & have strong stomachs, see silver/golden buys.

I still believe that the majority of gym rats believe their memberships are necessities & will unlikely let 'em go. Other "physical culturists" often believe that commercially available equipment is magical & don't believe that inexpensive homemade stuff may be superior.

See youse at the Thrift Stores

A lot of the members of the large nationwide commercial gyms really are pretty inactive users and can cut the memberships as a cost they don't need. Without these inactive members it is doubtlful that the gyms can be profitable.

Many of the items purchased on TV "infomercials" are impulse purchases and are not used over a longer term. When I went to the Salvation Army collection center recently to drop off some items they had up a sign that said "No execise equipment."

Gordon that might be a silver lining; if the Salvation Army had a sign there "no exercise equipment" it might mean that all the needy now have thier own Blowflex and other machines and the USA will become fit and toned.

Sorry if the joke offended anyone; yeah Gordon your right, many buy on impluse.
