March training was Big Jims powerflex utilzing level 2 on most exercises with lots of tension. I focused on chest, back, spine, neck, and legs. During March I was also working on pullups.
April and May have turned into various circuits 2-3 days a week, and Isometric powerflexing, Miracle 7, and VRT moves on the other days training 6 days per week(usually!)
Example of a circuit: Completed 5 times with a moments rest in between each circuit, but no rest between exercises.
Push ups- 10
Squats- 15
Pull ups- 5 (with chair assistance when needed)
Box jumps- 5
DVR curls, or MILO- 10 per arm
step ups- 20 per leg
Another verison
squats- 25
Furey push up- 10
Atlas II sit up- 20
shadow boxing-
pull ups
completed 4 times, then various DSR and DVR
Also have enjoyed the turkish get up with a light dumbell. This is tough!
I ave really enjoyed the Isometric powerflexing and the VRT/DVR movements. I have found more focus, lower blood pressure, and a calmness when working on them. These could also come from more exercise and certainly from prayer.
In Christ,
Tomman
