As I have said before I became interested in this type of training after having been exposed to various mind power training techniques in the military and Corporations which included positive thinking, visualization, self hypnosis and auto suggestion. The added dimension that DVR/VRT add to that type of training is that the movement in DVR/VRT utilizes the motor energies to transmit the thought impluses to the center of the mind which controls all aspects of our body, mind, and emotions. It is a tremendous power that can change your life. It really is Positive Thinking With Movement.

It is so true Andy!

Many times that is why I place so much emphasis in my writing on,'approaching the matt'or workout.Taking some slow breaths, almost like the Wuji at the beggining of you Tai Chi practise. This begins the process of 'imagination becomes reality'.Thank you for the thread!

peace,

The ultimate physical/mental power formula:

"Just practice DVR/VRT and keep your mind on things that you want and off of the things that you don't want."
