Don't forget that being a form of physiological exercise VRT develops and applies the yogic principles of "Inner Concentration" and "Moving Meditation". You are projecting "conscious energy" into the center of the mind which is the source of all strength and not disapating it by projecing it out toward some external object. You are developing NERVE FORCE which can be used in a wide variety of life activites including those that require mental and emotional strength and endurance..
