Hi,

Today I received a pair of the New Hammertone Warrior Power T's, with an instruction manual & a copy of the 60 Day Personal Power Health & Fitness Journal as a get well present from John. Thank you so much John, I really appreciate it.

Even though I hadn't done any Power T pushups for over 4 months, since taking ill 3 September, I just couldn't help myself & had to give them a go before I called John to thank him.

I did a set of 10 Liederman pushups & then 12 on the Power T's from my knees. I could only manage 3 standard pushups. In saying that though, the range of motion that I use is from full extension to my face just touching the floor so I guess my "normal range" numbers would be a little higher.

I found that the Hammertone's increase wrist stability enabling one to continue working if one has the strength to. This was evident when I was shaking like a leaf. I expected my wrists to fail, however this did not happen.

John & Gary are not passionate about the new Hammertone Warrior Power T's to separate you from your hard earned cash - it's because they work!

Take care & keep pushing,
Steve

Steve,

You must have had some foundation of strength prior to your surgery. That is impressive. Thank you for sharing your progress. It's an inspiration.

What I meant was,

John & Gary do not rate the product so highly just to sell it.

Take care,
Steve

Ah thanks, i knew i had to be missing something there. So you had the Orig T's before hand yes? What do you think of the compared to the orig? Back when i was debating the 2 forum members suggested the standard. I'm quite happy with them, but curious what your opinions are since you've had so much more training with them.

Steve ( yes i'm also Steve too lol)
