Since there have been many posts about goals and push ups, I got motivated yesterday and tried to break my own record of 500 push ups in a day. Now just like the first time it literally took me the whole day. But i did it....and i did a total of 600 push ups!!! I did most of the push ups in sets of 15. I did regular push ups, furey, and most of my push ups came in the form of Atlas Push ups.
I had to workout 3 times
Before breakfast I did 275 push ups
After Break fast I did another 200 or so
and the rest came after lunch
It felt great!!!, I have only been doing push ups since august of this year, I can only imagine where I will be next year!!!
I also wanted to thank everyone on this forum who have been very helpful and supportive in answering all my questions.
Not a bad way to end 2008:beer::beer:

Hey GS300TX,

Just like Stingray, you made my day and put a smile on my face. This is a great forum to share and encourage.

Way to go my friend! I am very happy for you. That is a great accomplishment. Keep up the good work! By the way, I have a lot of family around the Houston area, I also have some family up around the Huntsville area in a town called Oakhurst. None in the prison though. Not yet any way, give them a little time. Again, way to go my friend!

Hey Aaron, I actually live on the southwest side of Houston. Maybe next time if you come to visit Houston we can talk Transformetrics. Take Care
