All I can say, Douglis, is WOW!!:highfive::act-up:
Your post is a great testimonial to the anabolic advantages of the VRT System. I usually take about 15 to 20 minutes to do my workout...

Greg, you posted the above in another thread. What does your 15-20 minute workout include? And do you work out once or twice a day?
Happy New Year! :) :)

Hank, I do pretty much what is on my DVD; I do one set of each, and I often do not do VRT every single day.
At the age of 56-1/2, I prefer to do it (sometimes) every other day, and push-ups are often included, but not if I'm tired. On the off-days I do isometrics, plus the set of push-ups.
I tend to be creative and make up my own exercises, so it may be a little bit of the M7, a little bit of the VRT weight-training moves, often a little of both. A hybrid. That's what I do. Sometimes I do HIT, sometimes low contraction exercises combined with high reps.
I generally flex the muscles in one direction, but sometimes add one set of bi-directional flexion out of a workout of ten to fifteen moves.

Thanks, Greg. I know that each of us is different, so neither you nor John tells us we need to do "your" regimens. At age 59 1/2, however, I do appreciate knowing what you're doing. I tend to forget that my body does not recover the way it did 30 or 40 years ago. For me, watching your DVD and taking notes was a big key. That's when I started to really started to understand the amazing options that VRTs/DVRs provide.
