I wanted to start this before I go to Costa Rica next week. The first photo was after I did 7 weeks of military pushup pyramids. The second photo was before I got serious about eating right. The last 2 photos were after the pullup challenge.I should have more photos up of my current transformation by the end of the week.

The second and fourth photo are recent. The first photo by the heater is in 2009.The first back pose is after the pull up challenge.I was wondering how these compare to my recent photos.
Hey Michael,
in your last "back" picture, you see more definition of the lats, and I do have the impression that the waist is a bit thinner. Good job!

Hey Michael,
Looking good man, especially your rear delts & middle back.
As Jan said, your waist is looking thinner.
Keep moving forward :)
Take care,
Steve

Thanks Jan and Steve for your honest assesment. In the front view photo I kind of put my shoulders back instead of standing natuarally.Iīve been working on my shoulders and arms with DSRīs.

I got this idea from Jan's photo gallery post;My latest measurements:
Neck 14 3/4"
Chest normal 40"
Expanded 41"
Waist 34"
Arms normal 12"
Flexed 13 1/2"
Thighs 21 1/2"
calves 14 1/2"
I lost about a half inch on my arms because I had to stop doing pullups for awhile.I'm experiment with the Iso power belt again.Last time I used it I got burned out real fast. This time I plan on just doing 2 exercises and taking days off from the belt when needed. That's why I took these measurements.I'm not really worried about my measurements except for my waist.
