Hi Everyone

I have not posted for a while, but still been reading some of the threads.

Anyways i liked the thread about parallel dips and for the past 2 weeks, this being my third week have decided to include dips in my routine.

So apologies if this thread goes on a little, i am going to put my routine down. If you have any questions or queries, please let me know.

13th june.
back raises= 50 reps.
atlas squats= 100 reps.
calf raises on a block= 100 reps.

15th june.
the milo= 3 sets of 10 reps.
tiger bend pushups= 50 reps.

17th june.
handstand pushups= 5 sets of 5 reps.
dvr lateral raises= 3 sets of 8 reps.
parallel dips= 4 sets of the 21 system.
atlas situps= 2 sets of 50 reps.

21st june.
hanstand pushups= 5 sets of 5 reps.
parallel dips= 4 sets of the 21 system.
straight leg raises= 100 reps.

23rd june.
back raises= 50 reps.
atlas squats= 2 sets of 100 reps.
calf raises on a block= 100 reps.

25th june.
back raises= 50 reps.
atlas squats= 250 reps in 9 minutes.
calf raises on a block= 100 reps.

27th june.
parallel dips= 4 sets of the 21 system.
atlas squats= 100 reps.
calf raises on a block= 100 reps.
