1: do Miracle Seven everyday
2: 100 consecutive pushups
3: 10 consecutive pull ups
4: reduce my body fat

there is plenty more I hope to accomplish, but I need to be able to focus on a select few.

I hope we all accomplish our goals and have fun working towards them this year.

Those goals sound pretty reasonable and form a decent template for a routine. Miracle Seven and pushups every day, varying the intensity, and pullups every other day would be good.

I'd like to be a counterexample to the old' "you can't burn a candle at both ends" - ie, working extreme strength along with extreme endurance
Perhaps only retired graybeards should apply
