Hey guys. Hope you all had a great Holiday
i will be posting a pic soon of me 10 years ago at MY PEAK of perfection. LOL. Seriously, I aim to get back to that look. For me, its all about the look. I weighed 15 lbs less then with 5% bodyfat.
It was a sore spot b/c I entered the EAS contest and should have won. I went from 205 lbs and 15% bodyfat to 183 lbs and 5%. Oh well.

WHOA! If I'm following you right, the difference between those two pics in your gallery was only 22lbs!?
That, sir, is an impressive build! Color me jealous.

Hey Joe,
And some say you can't duplicate a weight trained build with these methods.

Some also say we never landed on the moon, the tooth fairy is real and all politicians are crooked.
Well.... that last one may be true...

Hey Mark,
Where are the pictures? I looked in what I thought was the gallery, but could not find any new pictures.
Also, have you had a chance to put together your diet and training information?
God bless,
Veg

Mark looks great, a real example of what "our methods" as JP says, can result in.
