Hey guys! I was working out tonight and decided to take some post workout photos. Here are a couple of them that turned out pretty good. I would love to get your feedback!

Great proportion Paul! You look great!

What's your height and weight? Have you ever taken measurements of the key upper body parts--expanded chest, arms, waist?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Paul

Thank you so much everyone! I couldn't have done this without you! If it hadn't been for you guys, I would have probably ended up in the busted up weight lifter club. In answer to Paul's question: My height is 6' 1", weight is about 172 pounds. I believe my waist is about 30-31 inches. Expanded chest last time I measured was about 42 inches. Upper arms are about 15 inches, my left arm which is my weaker arm is about a quarter of an inch smaller than my right.

Be Blessed!

Hey Rob! I like to split my workouts up into days that focus more on specific muscle groups. For example, Monday is my chest and back day. Tuesday is my bicep and shoulder day. Wednesday is triceps day. The same for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

My chest and back workout usually goes something like this:

Morning and afternoon:

100 Tiger Push Ups (Set of 34, 33, 33)
200 Wide or Military Push Ups (Sets of 40)

Then in the evening when I get home from work:

8 Super sets: 30 Atlas III PU / 15 Pull Ups (Total of 240 Atlas III Push Ups and 120 Pull Ups)

Sometimes I also do some Atlas Balance Squats and ab exercises such as leg raises or Atlas Sit Ups.

I also like to do some light DVR throughout the day and more focused DSR and Isometric exercises in the evening.

Hope this helps!
Be Blessed!
