I started doing the regular, hindu and pike pushup right after each other. With the regular push ups I spread my feet so I can go right into hindu with a shift of my body then you go into pike position by pulling your feet up so your in pike position it a good idea to have socks on to slide better.I started doing this today.I wish I had a camera because I don't think I really good at explaining myself.All I know is you breath heavy after doing these.I did one set as an experiment and i started to get wind and I only did 10 per exercise actually the pike I only managed 2 reps
