Just wondering if the isometrics for women that is on this site is a good place to start until I get my the copy I ordered of "The Miracle Seven" ?I wanted to start something while waiting for it, other than just doing 15 minutes on the Elliptical a day. Thanks
Check out the exercises that John and Wendy demonstrate in the Exercise area of this Website. Even after I bought Miracle 7, it was important for me to see how John would do an exercise.
Other than that, start doing some pushups; don't worry about the people doing 500 or a 1000 a day, just do what you can and don't overdo it. Take it easy and enjoy your workout.

Joint mobility drills( see PYTP) using DVR tension should be a prequisite to stregth moves incl. isometrics - ie use DVRs for several workouts before streesing your joints with isometrics
