Hey Jan, a Happy belated New Year to you too! I am just about to order a product from your country. Have you ever heard of a coticule stone? I use a straight razor and you need a stone to sharpen it. They claim that the ones from Belgium are the best. My son Caleb and I are going to split the cost because he is going to be a chef and has some nice knives to sharpen.
