I tried using Supersets with the M7 and VRT. Here is the workout, two sets of eight reps M7 at Hard and then two sets of VRT, each exercise was done once, followed immediatly by a second repetetion of the same exercise. Same protocol for the VRT exercises, all exercises done in a superset.
M7 all seven exercises
VRT-
Squats
Stiff legged Deadlift
Standing Press
Curls
Bench Press
I like this, combo of two good systems. Enjoy

Hey Mike,
I really like the VRT Stiff Legged Dead Lift. The weight training version played havoc on my lower back, but doing the VRT version with tension both down and up, has done wonders for my lower back, hamstrings and knees. It is one I've practiced quite a bit over the last six years and often do at odd moments during the day.

Greg the amazing thing is weight lifting exercises without weights work even better then when using the weights, the exercises are fine just using muscle tension.

I tried last night a combo, Calisthenics followed by VRT/DVR weight lifting exercises! Finished my pushups, toe touching and then a set of 120 crunches then immediatly into VRT! Sweet, liked it! Will try this again! Super-sets again!
