Pretty good clip. I can do one handstand so far. My only tip would be to tuck in your shirt if you're going to do handstand on Youtube! :tongue:

Its not easy to get into the position. Thats how hard it was for me at first. I couldn't even kick up straight I was so bad. When you try to kick into the position keep the arms locked and tight and visualize creating a half circle, picture your legs kicking up and over the moon or the sun create a big ball. Using your imagiation can help you find a way get into position.

I find just holding the handstand is a good orkout, get's every part of me shaking.

In addition to Benny's cautions, I'd add using padding for the headstand, Since I'm not as advanced, my handstand pushups are initiated by descending from a handstand. I finish the set by descending into a headstand. From that position, I sneak in some neck work & pressing isometrics
