You mentioned in another thread that you use to do 500-800 push-ups a day, but do a lot less now. Could you comment on this a little bit? Why did you stop performing volume push-ups? What were you trying to achieve when performing high volume? Do you have the same goals now? What changes in strength and size have you seen w/ the drop in volume? Have you changed your diet at all from when you were performing volume push-ups compared to now? Has your frequency of exercise changed?
