Even though we probably all wish that the steroid issue would go away, here’s the latest about NFL players using chemical enhancements.

When people ask about how certain athletes get to be so huge, we can point such curious folks to articles such as the one above.

I almost believe the owners fine their athletes if they refuse to take roids. I'm no longer much of a fan anymore so I'm guessing 300# plus linemen are commonplace in college. What about High School?

Hey Friends,

Don't kid yourself there are many professional athletes that really do not want to be on steroids but do so because they believe that they would not be able to compete at a high level against the others that do take them. So for that reason, they compromise themselves. Believe me, I can understand that it's a tough spot to be in.

Three hundred pound linemen have made their appearances on our, local high school football team.

Hey Royce,

When I was a kid there were a few 300 pound high school linemen but they were all fat slobs to a man. But I'm with you. A lot of these kids today aren't fat and they don't get that big eating Wheaties.

Hey Guys,

You are all right. There is really no problem to see why all of these guys are so big. Its just not natural! Anyway when ALL sports ban steroids it will be for the best.
