Hi All,
Just started reading IPR again and can honestly say it's blown me away AGAIN!!
It's such a great book and so motivational.
From yesterday I've started adding Isometrics to my routine. So as well as my 2 week workouts I'm also doing some daily DVR's & Isometrics. Plus adding some power flexes back into my workouts.
Can't wait to see the results - Especially now I'm doing the Atlas Pushups too. I'll keep you all informed!
If there's anyone on this forum who doesn't own IPR I advise you to buy it, It's unreal!!

IPR is by far the best book on Isometrics. The exercises, the history and the goal settings are all tied into together and you don't get that from other course on any program. I can honestly say that if it werent for isometrics and i'm sure you guys heard this many times before I would N-O-T be able to do the feats I perform as an upcoming strength athlete.

Isometric Power Revolution is the best single source of physical and mental training that there is.

Some of the books referenced by IPR will lead to "revoutionary" ways to apply isometrics - eg the books by Baley & Justa.

IPR has my favorite history section of all of John's books. You just never read about isometrics, so the information there is really neat! I've recently really been focusing on Isometric Power Flexes and love them!

The Bronze Bow archers & Vic Obeck's car lifts expand the "definition" of isometrics
