Hi guys. I just recently started the GUTS routine after an injury and a few months of laziness. So far 2 weeks in, I have lost 5 pounds and my body has gotten noticeably harder (says my wife). I have been incorporating DVR/and select isometrics into my routine throughout the day.
I really want to praise this system for its simplicity and effectiveness. I am a police officer and the functional training I get through your system beats a gym workout anyday. I just wanted to say thank you for the great system and even though I never post on here, the threads are a great motivator.
