3 sets of pullups with varying grips (wide, narrow overhand, regular overhand, and then neutral grip)
3 sets of divebomber pushups
3 sets of pushups with feet on chair

This is done every other day

1 mile walk 5 days a week

I never count reps and just go until I feel fatigued and am just shy of failure.
