Greetings everyone. My Disney vacation was great! I was able to exercise Saturday 7 Mar and Sunday 8 Mar. However, Monday the 9th due to early travel and the general craziness that is airports, hotels and amusement parks I did not get a routine in. I did bring my phone and used my pedometer to track over 8 miles of walking on Monday. The rest of the week I did the Gotch Bible using pushups and squats and racked up at least 1000 reps of pure bodyweight reps daily plus an average of 8 miles of walking. One day we did over 10 miles!. Upon arriving at home I did more and more calisthenics leading up until today.
This was Monday the 16th,
10 minutes of jump rope, 1117 reps
3:00 of squats/2:00 of pushups for 5 rounds. I made over 500 squats and 275 pushups in that time.
Finished with 100 abs.
This was a great workout. With the timed sets I pushed myself harder and got more good reps. Used good form as well. Counting pushups went like this: I would do 10 then work down to 1 each set, shaking off my arms as I went. Really great workout.
