20-1 pushups
1-20 squats.
Got home late today, quick workout

60 minutes of shoveling heavy wet snow. Nothing left in me after that!

Thursday March 5, 2015

Hopefully get in a workout today even though it's snowing again. Vacation on Monday, going to Disney. Hopefully I'll have time for some workouts there

Well the snow got me again! Got home from work and shoveled for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

I was so frustrated about skipping workouts I manned up and did the following : 12 minutes of jump rope (going to try to increase) made 1150 reps.
Then I did a countdown workout 1-24 pushups 24-1 squats. Every set I did 10 situps.
Finished with 2 sets of 10 doorknob rows.
this all took 45 minutes.

10 mind jump rope 1100 reps
30 minutes on the clock :
-10 jumping jax
-10 pushups
-10 jumping jax
-15 situps
-10 jumping jax
-20 squats

After round 6 or so I started adding reps to the pushuos,situps and squats.
I ended up with 13 or so rounds and over 1,000 reps. Totalled about 2100 and change with the jump rope.
notes
my shoulder feels better so reps are getting higher. Been doing the jack king style pushup.
jumping rope burns my calves and quads something fierce

Greetings everyone. My Disney vacation was great! I was able to exercise Saturday 7 Mar and Sunday 8 Mar. However, Monday the 9th due to early travel and the general craziness that is airports, hotels and amusement parks I did not get a routine in. I did bring my phone and used my pedometer to track over 8 miles of walking on Monday. The rest of the week I did the Gotch Bible using pushups and squats and racked up at least 1000 reps of pure bodyweight reps daily plus an average of 8 miles of walking. One day we did over 10 miles!. Upon arriving at home I did more and more calisthenics leading up until today.

This was Monday the 16th,

10 minutes of jump rope, 1117 reps
3:00 of squats/2:00 of pushups for 5 rounds. I made over 500 squats and 275 pushups in that time.
Finished with 100 abs.

This was a great workout. With the timed sets I pushed myself harder and got more good reps. Used good form as well. Counting pushups went like this: I would do 10 then work down to 1 each set, shaking off my arms as I went. Really great workout.
