Believe me, lean is what you want, thats why I admire Bruce Lee and of course John and others on here, your profile pic looks great, just stay consistent and take rest days as needed. Back about 20 years ago I could only do 3 pull-ups. Being a PE teacher this really upset me so at that point I started doing them more. It just takes doing them 3-4 days a week. start with 2 every minute and build up or do pyramids. John has posted some pyramids on here so give it a search.
