20 - Side Stretch Kicks-HKD
20 - Outward Crescent Kicks-HKD

20 lbs Steelbell
20 - 360 @ “normal"/fast pace

10 - Torso Circles-P.C.
10 - Side Bends-P.C.
10 - Torso Twists-P.C.

I woke up still feeling tired, and a bit plugged up in my nose. So, I decided a day of rest was probably in order.

No workout today.

The tired feeling on Friday ended up being the start of a cold, which is kicking my butt. It's hard to want to do much of anything when you can't breathe well. So, I'm taking today off and plan on getting to bed early again tonight. I'm hoping rest and liquids will expedite the cold's exit.

I'm still pretty congested, particularly in my sinuses. Hopefully after I shovel my driveway tonight, I can get to bed early again and get this knocked out.

No workout today.

We got hit with snow last night. So, I had to clear the driveway, this time with the snow blower. Tuesday night I did it the old fashioned way, with a shovel.

The cold is still holding in. But, at least I'm able to function.

I think I'm feeling the cold coming to an end. Still some stuffiness in the nose and sinuses. But, that seems to be it this morning.
