12 - Military Push-ups-P.C.

This was definitely not the best workout week. But, there’s a new 10 day challenge at work to do at least 10 push-ups each day. That should help me to at least do that much.

5 - Back DSR-FMT

5 - Right Twist DSR-FMT
5 - Left Twist DSR-FMT
5 - Right Rotate DVR-FMT
5 - Left Rotate DVR-FMT

The neck exercises were added I hopes I can prevent tension headaches at work.

No workout today. My wife and I stayed up too late Saturday night, and had to get up early for church. Even with an attempted one hour “nap” I’m still on the tired side. A descent night’s sleep tonight and I should be back to normal, I hope.

10 - Military Push-ups (1 rep per complete breathe)-P.C.
10 - Tiger Bend Squats-P.C.
20 - Front Stretch Kicks-HKD
20 - Side Stretch Kicks-HKD

Tiger Moves -
5 - Full Range Pectoral Contraction (each direction)-FMT
5 - Shoulder Roll (each direction)-FMT
5 - Wrist Twist (each direction)-FMT
5 - High Reach-FMT
5 - One Arm Chin-FMT

I got the mats down, only to find that I was one short of the order. I’m sure they’ll make it right though.

A small part of my “workout” time was moving one of the mats from its original position.
