When you are done, you should be able to deflect bullets with your abs.

I might be able to do half that, from the knees, and only as far as I feel comfortable (I can't even get full extension from the knees yet on the ab wheel).

What the heck--I'm in for 25 from the knees, partial range of motion, probably in sets of 5...every day for 20 days starting Nov 1st.

Just tried my first 25 from the knees (modified ROM) in 5 sets of 5. I did pushups in between sets. So far so good--we'll see if I'm sore in 48 hours!

Gentleman,

Thanks for putting these challanges up, keeps things fun. I am going to try for both. Pushups, military and rollouts from a kneel.

Thanks and good luck,

Matt

Day 2.
I'm already up to 20 SWPU today.
I wanted to see if doing 50 one day would be a hindrance to 50 the next day.

Day 2 Update.
I completed 4 sets of 10 reps in Day 2.
On day 3, I found that the Atlas sit-up sections of G.U.T.S. is the perfect complement to the SWPU (i.e., works out the stiffness and soreness).
If you are working from the feet, be sure to spread your sets throughout the day.

Hey Tim,

Count my wife and all of our kids at home in the challenge. We all intend to do at least 50 a day starting Monday.

So far so good with my 5x5 partial ROM from the knees. No soreness so onward and upward!
