Still trying to wrap my head around this. Will experiment.

Think "light" when pulling up.
This is what I do to achieve high reps with the Ts.
The power of thought is amazing!

Hey everyone, I was finally able to post an "after" picture and some final thoughts on my workout log. Go to page two of this post if you are curious. Congratulations again to everyone who participated, and thanks Tim and John!

Just for fun, I thought I would see if I could beat my previous maximum rep record of 27.
I was pushing for 28, however, I was able to complete 30!

Another 2011 goal met!

1.3 hrs later: added 30 chin-ups.

Hey Friends,

This has been one of the most inspiring threads that I have ever read. And Pastor Tim, as fantastic as your accomplishment is I can't say that I am the least bit surprised. 30 Reps is nothing less than phenomenal.

Thanks John for the comments on the thread and personal encouragement!

I will "raise the bar" for the year to 35. If I reach that, 40.

To all the participants. RAISE THE BAR!
Reach for ever higher heights!

Hey Tim!

I finally posted an after photo. I had it taken after my workout tonight.

Again, thank you so much for the challenge and I am still amazed at the drastic strength increase in a mere month!

Be blessed!
