Thought I'd play around with a few exercises and split them up into sets of 10-20 and have a little fun. Call it the Daredevil Playout.....

100 Mountain Climbers
100 Push-ups
300 Punches
100 Tiger Bend Squats
100 Side Kicks
50 Shoulder Taps

Total: 750 Reps in under 30 min.

Hey BennyB,

That would be a good time for a fantastically fit man of 5'10" and 170 pounds but for a man 5'10" and 270 pounds that is in the realm of dreams. You epitomize strength developed in direct relationship to your own body. Fantastic my friend, Truly exceptional.

That's definitely a full body workout, but what are shoulder taps?

You hold a Pushup position and you lift one hand and tap the opposite Shoulder. Here's my Playout today that was even more brutal but fun....Did this in under an hour...

400 Punches
100 Jumping Lunges
100 Pushups
100 Shoulder Taps
200 Mountain Climbers
100 Sit-Up Punches
100 Leg Raises
100 Sitting Twists

1400 reps completed all together.

Hey BennyB,

That is one great routine. It clearly shows the power of circuit training to achieve off the charts strength and fitness.

Thanks John. It was a fun routine to do and I have another one I'll be posting later today that will really hit me. Can't wait to tell you and the rest of the gang. It'll be my biggest one to date and will be reducing the intensity in the next few workouts.

Turns out I didn't have as much energy as I thought and only managed what I could and still got in quite some numbers. Still recovering from yesterday and as of today I'm 265 lbs.

200 TBS
200 Pushups
200 Punches
200 Lunges

800 Total Reps in 37:53

Another great exercise I do a few times a week is burpees with a push up and jump. Just doing 30 will put your heart rate up and they are a full body exercise. I did 100 a few weeks ago in 9:45.
They are the real deal.

Hey Monty,

I am with you as relates to the 'Burpee' being an extraordinary Interval Training Exercise. I Talked with a man that had served many years in prison and he told me that burpees were referred to there as 'Monster Makers'. I can see why.

On another note, I have done burpees with a weightvest and have been awed by the added intensity that even a very light vest can make when performing this exercise.
