Hi,everyone, In the past week or so I have been experimenting with modified push ups doing them on bent knees because in 2016 I had a total right shoulder replacement done and don't have the strength to do a regular push up. Plus I am afraid to try to for fear it may mess up my surgery. Anyway, even by doing the bent knee push ups I am seeing more definition and size in my triceps and chest! I don't know if I will ever be able to do a full push up again but for right now I am happy with the results from the modified push ups I am doing! In all honesty I have never been a huge fan of push ups but this has really changed my way of thinking!!

Hello Lou,

Congratulations!!! Great to read about your progress. One thing I have always admired about YOU is that YOU never let what you cannot do prevent you from doing what you can. More than anything else remember to literally think into your muscles and tell them the kind of shape and strength you want them to have just as when you do your Isometrics.

Keep it up Lou. YOU have my respect.
