Hey Friends,

What can I say?

You betcha Cromwell. So am I to understand that I don't sound like the people in the movie "Fargo"? Gee whiz, that must be a disappointment for some people.

On the other hand Uncle Wally Nordkvist (pronounced NordQuist) looked like Crocodile Dundee with the largest, most perfectly developed arms you could possibly imagine on a man his size. As a young Marine Uncle Wally took Earle Liederman seriously when he said it was not possible to overdevelop one's arms. But get this, Uncle Wally was always comparing himself to a Buster Crabbe and saying that he (Uncle wally) should have been Tarzan in the movies. Something I always remember him saying from my earliest memories. He was always talking about it and truth to tell, he sure looked like he could have been Tarzan.

Wow! I loved it John!! Amazing information my brother.

Can you make these in an mp4 format so you could put them on an iPod or something similar?

~Nathan

P.S. Did y'all know that John's only weakness is kryptonite?

Wow love this video!!

One thing I've noticed is how much I get motivated just watching/listening to John. It always fires me up and makes me want to train.

You are truly one motivational guy John!!

When are the next in the series out?

John really is a captivating speaker. I'm going to try to get another clip or two of the El Paso seminar put together this weekend.

Very well done. It was so interesting. It was really down to earth, just like you may have been in my home at the time. You certainly come across well on video.
This is the series that may make you rich on QVC or HSN. If Wolfgang Puck can do it, you sure can.
Best of luck.
