One leg balancing

10-Lower Body Challenge (1/2 sets

35 - Jumping Jacks on Rebounder-P.C.
30 sec - Middle Stance
20 - Squats-P.C.
40 - Lunges (Total)-P.C.
25 - Calf Raises-P.C.
25 - Crunches-P.C.
15 - Squats-P.C.
40 - Stepping Outs (Total)-P.C.
25 - Bridges/Hop Lifts-P.C.
25 - Donkey Kicks-P.C.

4 - Atlas I Push-Ups
30 - Stepping Outs (Total)
4 - Atlas I Push-Ups
25 - Calf Raises (Total)
4 - Atlas I Push-Ups
40 - One-Leg Dead Lift (Total)
4 - Atlas I Push-Ups
25 - Crunches
20 - Sumo Squats
4 - Atlas I Push-Ups
20 - Stepping Outs (Total)
4 - Atlas I Push-Ups
25 - Bridges/Hip Lifts
4 - Atlas I Push-Ups
50 - Fire Hydrants (Total)
4 - Atlas I Push-Ups
