My back still isn't right. So, I decided that a good stretch routine was on order.

5 - Atlas Sit Ups-P.C.
5 - Atlas 1/2 Sit Ups-P.C.
5 - 1/2 Atlas Leg Raise (75% Back)-P.C.

5 - Lieing Hamstring Stretch @ 5 ct
5 - Knee to Chest Single Stretch @ 5 ct
5 - Knee to Chest Double Stretch @ 5 ct
5 - CAT Stretches @ 5 ct
5 - Superman Flex @ 5 ct
5 - Infant Pose @ 5 ct
