Tiger Moves - (all done fast with tension in one direction, inhaling for two reps, exhaling for two. First I did one direction, then the other)

10 - Full Range Pectoral Contraction (each direction)-FMT
10 - Shoulder Roll (each direction)-FMT
10 - Wrist Twist (each direction)-FMT
10 - High Reach-FMT
10 - One Arm Chin-FMT

No workout today, due to stomach issues. I think I've reverted back to my not so good diet a bit too much. Plus, I've been sitting more at work the past couple of days.
