I know the book mentions they will be pre-exhausted but man!... My triceps are just beat when I get to the Milo! My biceps are so much fresher than my tri's that they either don't get worked real hard or my tri's burn in agony trying to keep up.

What do you guys think? What's your experience with this?

I TOTALLY feel you !! My arms do the exact same thing ! Per some recommendations I alternate doing The Milo and aerobic isometric pushup holds and that has seemed to help my exercise ability greatly.

hey man, I know what you mean. I might make a suggestion. If you are more interested at just working your biceps at this point you could do a different type of DSR curl. Using the power belt or equivalent stand on the strap with your arms at your sides fully extended, grab the belt and curl as you squat. This way the legs provide resistance for the biceps there is no way you wont be able to get enough resistance with this one!

Thanks for the suggestions. Since I'm still new at this routine, I'll give the Milo another few weeks and see how I adapt because it could be a conditioning issue.

I add a minute of Chin-Ups to the beginning and the end of my GUTS workout. That might help.
