I added 7 more minutes of rebounding after the 3 full body isometric contractions.

BONUS: Full Body Isometric Contraction subtleties:

I double the belt in my hands (folding it over) for all contractions.
With palms facing back, I stand on the belt with me heels.
With palms facing in, I stand on the belt with the middle of my feet.
With palms facing out, I stand on the belt with the balls of my feet.

50 rebounder squats

I am close to my 2018 goal of 30 each of close-grip pull-ups and chins.
I added 50 squats to the end of my last 7 minute rebounder session. Squatting while on the rebounder adds a significant element of balance to the exercise.
