Try inclining the head of your bed 6 inches. It sounds simplistic but makes a big difference.

Hello Sixmillionman,

I was diagnosed with post polio Syndrome in May of 1979 and told that I would in all likelihood be in a wheel chair by the age of 50. That was nearly 40 years ago and there is no wheel chair in sight nor will there be. My secret has been Isometric Contraction. My strength is literally off the charts. One thing that has helped me immensely and may you as it has several of my friends is CBD Oil.

I would get to a doctor. Numerous causes and possible solutions to that. But if untreated and it progresses you may get to the point where you cannot walk due to pain. It's nothing to mess with, especially given your mothers history.

six, I agree with ware. This is serious stuff and you need to see a doctor. Numbness in your feet could very well be a cardiovascular problem which is very dangerous.

Hello Sixmillion,

Both Ware and Artie are spot on in their recommendations.

"I would get to a doctor. Numerous causes and possible solutions to that. But if untreated and it progresses you may get to the point where you cannot walk due to pain. It's nothing to mess with, especially given your mothers history." Ware

"six, I agree with ware. This is serious stuff and you need to see a doctor. Numbness in your feet could very well be a cardiovascular problem which is very dangerous.' Artie

I should have made the same recommendation they made.
