10 commando pull-ups
3 FB IC
7 min Rebounding
50 rebounder squats

Slowed down and extended my pull-ups and chins to full-range.
Added 10 commando pull-ups.

This month I am focusing on Isometrics with John's new Pull-Press-Flex as the cornerstone.
I am intermittently fasting and supplementing with BCAAs (I am a creatine non-responder).

After doing some forum research, I switched these two modalities to experience the greatest benefit from each and the synergistic benefit of both. The light cardio initiates increased blood flow and lymphatic purge throughout the body preparing it for intense muscular contractions.
