20 lbs Steelbell
20 - 360 (@ "normal"/fast pace)

10 - Atlas Sit Ups-P.C.
10 - 1/2 Atlas Leg Raise (Up and back, but not completely)-P.C.

24 - Military Push-Ups-P.C.
24 - Tiger Bend Squats - P.C.
20 - Front Stretch Kicks-HKD
20 - Side Stretch Kicks-HKD

No headache today. But, I still didnít feel like I should push it.

3" Strength Bounce-PC

After Saturdayís seminar work, my shoulder is screaming at me. Between that and a later then expected night, the strength bounce was all I thought I should do today.

Iíd definitely say that work stress is getting to me. I got more sleep, but still felt tired. Plus, I woke up with a bit of a tension headache. Thankfully, Iíve managed to get my neck to ďcrackĒ which alleviated that. Hopefully, one more good nights sleep will put me back to normal.

Iím gradually feeling better. But, still a bit tired. Given this weekís workload and schedule, I decided to hold off. Overall, Iíve been doing fairly well with my consistency. So, a week or so off right now wonít be the worst thing.

No workout. My plan is to get back at it next week, one way or another.

Iím hoping my team and I are through the worst of the stress. I definitely need to readjust my focus and priorities.

No workout today. I got my typical amount of sleep, but still felt tired. Iím sure itís the stress of trying to do more work as I attempt to help after losing a team member. Hopefully, I can get myself to snap out of it soon.
