I’m trying really hard to keep my focus on being intentional or “mindful” with the exercises, as opposed to just doing mindless reps. Some days I do better than others.

Overall, I’m feeling good. I mainly work out on the weekdays. So, I occasionally have some muscle soreness, particular in my chest, depending on how many days I take off in a row.

I’m still trying to find a way to integrate more exercise throughout the day. I tend to get really focused on my work and blow off anything else.

Also, the talk of isometrics keeps giving me the “bug”. I know in my head that they’d be a major benefit, and would help me towards my goals. But, for whatever reason, I’ve always found it difficult to “get into” them.
