A great sense of purpose work out I enjoy.. I do one directional tiger moves with great vigor and intention in the strongest point of contraction..then I go through the basic power and minor strikes using isoflex principle to add more muscle and strength...basically the stopping force or point of the strikes defiantly has body synergy bulding strength and cordination and energy cultivation.

I do not practice the strikes,but I certainly agree with you on the Tiger Moves ."A stronger isometric contraction is the result of having transmitted a stronger command impulse from your mind to the target muscle."
