A great sense of purpose work out I enjoy.. I do one directional tiger moves with great vigor and intention in the strongest point of contraction..then I go through the basic power and minor strikes using isoflex principle to add more muscle and strength...basically the stopping force or point of the strikes defiantly has body synergy bulding strength and cordination and energy cultivation.
