Hello Everyone,

My friend Doc Moore and I are on the same page as relates to Intermittent Fasting. We both practice fasting on a daily basis.

In fact, today Doc Moore sent me the following quote from Mark Twain.

"A little starvation can really do more for the average sick man than can the best medicines and the best doctors."

Twain was correct of course and I am convinced that fasting will do more good to help you become super healthy and super fit on the hurry up than almost anything else that YOU can do.

One thing that I want to get across to all of you reading this post is that the curative and life enhancing power of Fasting IS NOT A NEW DISCOVERY.

Consider the following quotes:

I have been doing the IF fast for years. I admit that I originally learned about it years ago from Steve Maxwell, but I was convinced at the time that I was losing muscle by doing it. After reading how much John endorses it, I have realized that I was not losing muscle, but fat. I really believe that we are more functionally strong at a lower bodyweight, but I realize that some younger guys want size at all costs. I was 1 of them. As all of you get older and wiser, you will admit that all that weight was not muscle, in fact a lot was fat. Just my 2 cents.

Hello Michael,

I find it fascinating that if you incorporate Intermittent Fasting into your Physical Culture Program along with Isometrics and especially Power Belt Isometrics that your body will then take on an ultra lean muscular look faster than can be imagined. Your observation that you will generally lose a certain amount of muscle size as the muscles become much more dense and defined as a direct result of fat loss by incorporating both I.F. and Isometrics is spot on.

However, you will also notice three other exceptional benefits as a result of incorporating Intermittent Fasting along with Isometric Contraction.

#1) If you suffer from either high blood pressure or diabetes your circulation to the outermost extremities of your body will be so improved that you will not have to worry about amputation of toes and your blood pressure will drop many points into the normal range as you practice full body Isometric Contraction on a daily basis. This effect is amplified when Intermittent Fasting is practiced daily and one experiences the elevation in HGH that has proven to be a documented benefit of Intermittent Fasting.

#2) All Isometric Contractions that are performed in a standing position with the Power Belt become ULTRA INTENSE FULL BODY ISOMETRIC CONTRACTIONS due to Core and Lower body Isometric stabilization with each and every contraction as YOU stand on the Lower loop. It is not possible to generate intense full body Isometric Contraction to the same extent with the freehand full body Isometric Contraction as you do when employing the Isometric Power Belt. Bottom line: I fully understand that young men have been conditioned to believe that muscle size is important but I assure you that they would look much more impressive to just about everyone and especially women if they are lithe, lean, and sculpted.

The question on everyone’s mind is when will this publication be available? You have been working on this for years and I am sure is going to be great. However, why is it taking years? I can see 1 year, even 2 years. But you have been talking about this for longer than that. Is there a firm date for the release?

Hello Shadowman,

I have written and re-written many Living Strength Courses over the last several years that I am now bringing to fruition through a combination of various social media. We will be doing video clips and blogs beginning next week. I am being aggressive about this because now at age 65 when people see and hear what they will be shown they will take it very seriously.

One other point, for the last several years I have been especially focused on Isometric Contraction and uncovering it's secrets. I believe that for decades that many sources have conspired to keep Isometric Contraction buried because of what would happen if the truth about properly applied Isometrics were revealed it would negatively impact their businesses. They won't like that not only am I bringing Isometrics out of the closet...BUT I AM RIPPING OFF THE DOOR!

Truth to tell, I am 100% convinced that out of ALL the exercise modalities that one could possibly follow for achieving Superior Health, Strength, Functional Fitness and the HEALING of past injuries that nothing compares to Isometric Contraction. Especially when Practiced with my Isometric Power Belt. I explain why and the logic and common sense behind it is irrefutable.
