Thanks, dynogoalie30.

I am back up to 15 chins and pull-ups and 25 A1 push-ups.
I am thrilled with my progress.
All glory to my Champion and Hero Jesus! He has brought me through the valley and up the mountain. I can now see a new horizon!

Tim, your doing a great job with your workout, your numbers are great, your right about the yoga blocks, I need to buy me a pair, I have used them in the past and like you said they are easy on the palms and I like the feel of them on the wrists also, and they are pretty cheap to buy, Im going to buy some later today and use them tonight, take care and great to see you posting again.

Dynogoalie30,
The blocks also allow the chest to descend to or below the level of the hands.
Let me know how it goes!
