40 - Side Stretch Kicks-HKD
20 - Jab-HKD
20 - Reverse Punch-HKD
20 - Modified Front Snap Lick Drill-HKD
20 - Modified Side Snap Lick Drill-HKD
10 - Double Kwon Bop-HKD
5 - Hip Flexor Stretch @ 5 ct-HKD
10 - Side Stance Middle Punch 5-HKD
10 - Two Punch Appreciation Punch-HKD
10 - Three Punch Hap Ki Do-HKD
4 - Punching Technique 1-5-HKD

Changed it up a bit today.

I'm re-relearning the effects of less than adequate amounts of sleep and work stress. I'm doing LOTS of prayer and trying to get back on track.

10 - Wrist Twist (each direction)-FMT
10 - High Reach-FMT
10 - One Arm Chin-FMT
