That is a great article and very true. There are limitless addictions; I-pads, booze, food, sex etc. I have had a lot of training and experience dealing with "Mind Control'. We are all individuals and things vary from ndividual to individual. but based on my personal experience there is no better vehicle to strengthen your "Mind Control" than ISOMETRICS !
