I see that and think.. dang.. talk about rock solid consistency!

I am so on again off again with a core routine its not funny... I think right now I'm on one of my longest tracks for staying consistent with one program...

I used to go from one basic fitness routine to another rarely seeing great improvement where I wanted it. My core routine was always doing Jiu-Jitsu and rolling kept me in great shape (lean), since I stopped training I have seriously had to re-evaluate my health and wellness routines..

My priority was always jiu-jitsu first, and then squeeze in a fitness routine.. the roles have seemingly reversed.

I'm thankful for transformetrics, and the core routines I've discovered through this site...

Your an inspiration Tim.

Good to hear from you!
I have seen exponential results by combining rebounding with Intermittent fasting.
I practice both almost every day.

I have also practically eliminated sugar from my system. I try to limit my intake to 6 tsps per day.
Quite a task, as you will see if you try to implement this discipline.

I have found that Superman wheel roll-out push-ups are an intense shoulder workout.
I am using this exercise sparingly. It definitely is the Silver Bullet of abdominal sculpting, actually, total-body sculpting. The movement involves almost every muscle in the body, and demands an intense mind/muscle connection.

Also, I am drinking at least 96oz of pure water each day, eating organic as much as possible, limiting meat intake to wild-caught fish, humanely-harvested bison,and eggs from free-ranging chickens.
