There is a great book that does an excellent job of bridging the gap between spirituality and science.

It is "The Divine Matrix" by Gregg Braden who is a former senior aerospace systems computer designer with a life long interest in exploring spirituality and it's ancient origins.

An interesting quote from the book is,
