The Warrior Power Ts that is.

They give a MUCH tougher core workout than the Ab Wheel.

For martial arts they add tremendous wrist strength in exactly the right place for strikes.

I can only do planks so far, no face plants yet.

DJ,

The Power Tees are one incredible piece of equipment. It definitely creates an isometric contraction throughout the whole body.

djanello3,

Welcome to the world of Warrior Power Ts: one of the greatest contributions to body weight exercise!
Equipment is optional for the way we train, however, if an athlete has WPTs, a powerwheel, a pull-up bar, and a pad for sit-ups, etc., he or she can experience exponential results.
